Skill Development Training Program guideline document mandates that only Sector Skills Council certified trainers are functional for the requisite TTT program. Consequently Skill Development Training Program trainers have to be certified competent, both in the concerned QP (Qualification Pack-Domain) and in the requisite pedagogical approach for the same (TVET QP).
Our training program is an initiative designed to transform the participants into excellent presenters, suave speakers & dynamic personalities so that they can further contribute towards the noble cause - Poverty. From a pragmatist to a theorist, we know how to bring out the best in the learners. We believe that reading is nothing; understanding is something but doing is everything. Consequently, these skills can only be learned by doing and that’s exactly what you will experience during our training program.
You will learn by doing it practical. You will go through the study material, mock assessments before the final assessment. Which will result in confidence while giving the final assessment.
